We do not employ any level 1 or level 2 technicians, all of our Technicians have System Administrator qualifications, and are required to have at least 3 years hands-on work experience specifically with RedHat/CentOS/Fedora Operating Systems and CPanel/WHM Control Panel. We have at least 3 senior system administrator technicians working per shift, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to ensure you receive the highest quality of support regardless of the time of day or day of week.
No tricks or gimmicks. Our office has 2 high speed internet connections available for redundancy and a dedicated power backup generator which can provide up to 24 hours of continuous uninterrupted power at full capacity. The building that our office is located in has on site security guards around the clock and key card access required at all entrances.
